To Nat's family and friends,

You all have my sincere condolences, and I am sorry for your loss. There are no words that I know to bring you comfort, best I can say is that I understand, and I would like to respectfully offer a few my personal thoughts.

Death ends a life, but not a relationship, for all those left behind, the memories are still there, and the relationship, emotion and feelings are still there and they do live on, and they will remain in the hearts of everyone the departed touched in life. To those grappling with the forever loss of someone close to them, this is a time for grief , but it can also be a time for celebration of the departed one's life. I myself find, and I believe most others will likely welcome an opportunity to freely share their memories with a caring, sympathetic listener -- even if doing so triggers a few tears. My advice for all it may be worth, is to remember the good times, and tell one another about them and what made Nat unique, and special, and one of a kind.

Speaking for myself, I find I get a small measure of comfort from hearing such stories, and I find that I often learn many new things, and often hear stories about the departed that I had never keard or new about. Listen to one another, and tell Nat's story to one another. I believe with all my heart that when all is said and done, you will discover Nat's Story is an amazing, wonderful and lovely story and in the end, as long as Nat's story is known and remembered, it will live on in your hearts. That thought comforts me and it is my hope it might comfort you as well.

It is my hope you all find peace, may God watch over, and protect each of you.

Warmest regards,
