Alvis Wiley, age 55, died May 27, 2012 in Wichita Falls, Texas. Graveside services will be at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, May 31, 2012, at Restland Cemetery with Scotte Clark of Olney, Texas officiating. Burial will be under the ion of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Alvis was born on August 1, 1956 in Olney, Texas to the late Chester and Nancy Miller Wiley. He was a lifetime resident of Olney. He proudly served in the United States Air Force for thirteen years attaining the rank of Sergeant E4. He worked as a sales clerk for WalMart. He loved to be outdoors with his dogs, and fishing. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He is preceded in death by two brothers: Jerry Dan Wiley, and C.L. Wiley and two sisters: Chloie LeDessa Wiley, and Sylvia Marie Wiley.

He is survived by two brothers: Glen Wiley, and James Wiley two sisters: Climmie Miller, and Kay Wiley, all of Olney and by one nephew, Roy Miller and his wife Sherry of Amarillo, Texas.
