Olney Andrea Marie Evans, age 49, died September 2, 2012 in Olney, Texas. Memorial services will be from 68 p.m Thursday, September 6, 2012, at Christian Hope Church in Newcastle, Texas with Pastor Jason Arispe officiating. Burial will be in Newcastle Cemetery, Friday, September 7, 2012 at 10 a.m. Arrangements are under the ion of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Andrea was born on September 3, 1962 in Hampstead, New York to Joseph August and Dorothy Kelly Dupree. She had been a waitress in the food industry. Andrea was a member of the Christian Hope Church of Newcastle, and also a member of the Elks Lodge of Wichita Falls, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph August Dupree and two brothers: Richard and Michael Dupree.

Survivors include her mother, Dorothy Dupree of Newcastle, Texas, her son, Phillip Marvin Canada, Jr. of New Boston, Texas two daughters: Tara Evans and Jenna Evans both of Newcastle, Texas one brother, Joseph August Dupree II of New Orleans, Louisiana three sisters: Virginia Dupree of Oceanside, New York, Kathleen Dupree and husband Dennis Spurlin of Newcastle, Texas, Theresa Holmes and husband Richey of Iowa Park, New York her grandson, Ryan Canada of Newcastle, Texas also numerous nieces and nephews.
