Audry McKenzie Haynes, age 95, passed away Monday, October 9, 2023, at Elison Assisted Living in Graham, Texas. No services are planned at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Audry was born on April 8, 1928, in Lake City, Tennessee to the late Charles and Catherine (Sharpe) Goins. She married Robert Junior Benner on December 31, 1945, in Monroe, Michigan. He preceded her in death on December 15, 1968. She later married Albert W. McKenzie in 1976 in Monroe, Michigan. He preceded her in death in 1999. She then married James Haynes in 2000 in Monroe, Michigan. He preceded her in death in 2017. Audry was a devout Christian and a Baptist and had served as a deaconess for many years. She was very mission minded and loved being a witness wherever she was. Audry was a social butterfly and loved talking and being around people.

Audry was preceded in death by her parents, her three husbands and nine siblings.

Audry is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law: Robert and Pam Benner of Graham, Texas and Hal and Monia Benner of Monroe, Michigan; one daughter and son-in-law, Robin and Lawrence Rogers of Spring, Texas; nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
