Billie Dove Wilborn Partain, age 86, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, October 11 2017 in Restland Cemetery with William Eudy officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Billie was born on April 12, 1931 in Bitter Creek, Texas to Ernest Ray and Ina Bess (Kincy) Wilborn. She married Harrell Partain on July 22, 1947 in Olney, Texas. He preceded her in death on August 8, 1999. Billie moved to Mineral Wells, Texas in 1967 where she was a member of the Southside Church of Christ.

Survivors include: One daughter; Zan Reynolds of Winter Springs, Florida; Sisters-In-Law; Louraine Wilborn of Denton, Texas, June Perry of Noble, Oklahoma, Shirley Welch of McKinney, Texas and Rubanel Partain of Tyler, Texas; Nieces; Stephanie Davis of Graham, Texas, Amy Kirkpatrick of Argyle, Texas, and Leslie Coleman of Southlake, Texas along with numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
