Brenda Gay Daniels, age 54, died Tuesday, December 24, 2013 in Olney, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 30, 2013, in the Chapel of Lunn Funeral Home with Steve King, of Graham, officiating, assisted by Scotte Clark of Olney. Interment will follow at the Newcastle Cemetery in Newcastle, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Brenda was born on March 1, 1959 in Graham, Texas to Howard and Betty (Ratcliff) Daniels. She was a graduate of Abilene College with a certificate in Dietary Management. She was also self-employed as a dog groomer of the Purple Poodle I & II. She married Danny Willingham in 1973 in Olney. He preceded her in death in 1980. Brenda moved to Olney in 2003 from Ft. Worth. She was a Baptist and past president of the local American Legion Post #414 Ladies Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her father and her grandmother, Lois Clayton.

Brenda is survived by her mother, Betty Routon of Olney; daughter, Lashawna Whitsitt and husband Steven of Olney; granddaughter, Olivia Brandt; one sister, LaTenna Jones and husband Jimmie of Graham; two brothers: Ernie Daniels and Harold Daniels both of Olney; and her partner, Benton Downing of Olney.

Family visitation will be Sunday, December 29, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Lunn Funeral Home.
