Clayton Taylor, age 75, died Monday, February 24, 2014 at Hamilton Hospital in Olney. Family visitation and remembrances will be shared from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2014, in the Chapel of Lunn Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Clayton was born on August 3, 1938 in Harvel, Illinois to the late Darrel and Mary (Campbell) Taylor. He had worked independently for many years, and later had worked for Olney Door and Screen. He moved to Olney in 1980 from White Settlement, Texas and was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Olney. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Donny Taylor; grandson, Jeff Taylor; and two sisters: Ruth Ann Majors and Marie Stewart.

Clayton is survived by his two sons: David Taylor of Wichita Falls and Jimmie Pollard of Olney; five daughters: Debbie Jones of Olney, Darla Dobbs of Olney, Theresa Day of Irving, Rhonda Taylor of Olney and Ginger Parks of Olney; two brothers: Orville Taylor and Loren Taylor both of Ft. Worth; sister, Connie Creel of Riverview, Florida; eighteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
