Deloris "MEEMAW" Snow, age 75, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2023, at Hamilton Hospital in Olney, Texas. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Deloris was born on September 11, 1948, in Breckenridge, Texas to the late Leon B. Stringham and Mary Louise (Johnson) Stringham. She married Shelby Earl Snow, Sr. on October 12, 1968, in Ft. Worth, Texas. She moved to Olney in 2013. Deloris was a business owner and wig stylist. She raised greyhound dogs. She loved to be outdoors and did landscaping and loved planting flowers. Deloris enjoyed helping raise her grandchildren and spending time with them.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Leon Stringham and Louise Taylor and stepfather, Darrell Taylor; a son, Shelby Earl "Storme" Snow, Jr.; a brother, Thomas Stringham; two sisters: Evelyn Young and Wanda Alford; her close friend, James "Jinks" Treleven; and her close friend, Ivan Laird "Hutch" Hutchinson.

Deloris is survived by her husband, Shelby Earl Snow, Sr. of Olney; two sons: Dusty Snow and wife Terri of Olney and Justin Snow of Olney; two sisters: Mary Stringham and husband Wayne of Missouri and Connie Creel and husband Billy of Apollo Beach, Florida; sixteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews who she loved very much.
