Donna Kay Ballard, age 68, died Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Hamilton Hospital in Olney, Texas. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2015, at the Olney Assembly of God with Stephen Winner, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Donna was born August 16, 1946 in Fort Worth, Texas to the late Brentz Larimore Ballard and Irene Mae (Hodges) Ballard. She graduated from Birdville High School in Fort Worth, Texas. She moved to Olney in 2004 from Azle and was a member of the Olney Assembly of God. She loved to watch movies, especially anything with Elvis in them. She was the youngest of three children. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Durwood Wayne Ballard, and sister-in-law, Wanda Ballard.

Donna is survived by her brother, Dr. Ronald Doyle Ballard of Hurst, Texas; eleven nieces and nephews; nine great nieces and nephews; twelve great-great nieces and nephews.
