Donna Gayle Dixon died on Friday, July 20, 2012 in Abilene, Texas. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, July 24, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., in the Chapel of Lunn Funeral Home in Olney with Scotte Clark, minister of the Hamilton Street Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be at Restland Cemetery in Olney, Texas. Arrangements are under the ion of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Donna was born on March 7, 1947, in Olney Texas, to the late Frank and Wyolene Bufkin Gray. She was a lifelong resident of Olney and Throckmorton, Texas, and was the bookkeeper at Olney Hardware and Supply. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, and one son, Jeffery Don Whitsitt.

Donna is survived by one son, Jason Whitsitt and wife Tammie of Olney three daughters, Debra Kimbro and husband Tommy of Olney, Tamera Felz and husband Fred of Norfolk, Virginia, and Talley Dixon of Graford, Texas two sisters, Frankie Foster of Breckenridge, Texas, and Lou Harris and husband Paul of Olney ten grandchildren, Kristen Thurman, Jaci Kimbro, Austin Whitsitt and Justin Whitsitt all of Olney, Courtney Helm and Husband Trevor of Abilene, Texas, Taylor Felz and partner Josh of Norfolk, Virginia, Chelsea Hooten of Lubbock, Texas, Keegan Harris, Kollin Harris and Karsen Dixon all of Graford, Texas two greatgrandchildren, Kelbey Thurman and Kynlee Lauderdale both of Olney three nieces and two nephews and her beloved Schnauzer, Stella.

Visitation will be Monday, July 23, 2012, from 5:00 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
