Edward Lynn Livingston
March 18, 1949- January 12, 2014

Megargel ~ Eddie Livingston, age 64, died January 12, 2014, at his home in Megargel, Texas. Memorial services will be Wednesday, January 15, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Olney, Texas with Max Burkhead officiating under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Eddie was born March 18, 1949, in Olney, Texas to F.L. (Red) Livingston and Betty Jo (Reid) Livingston. Eddie attended Megargel Schools where he was very active in sports and scholastic activities. Eddie graduated in 1967 and then attended Texas Tech University for one year. Eddie then attended Midwestern State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1972. Eddie was a lifetime farmer and rancher and a member of the First United Methodist Church.

Eddie was preceded in death by two brothers, Freddie Livingston Sr. and David Livingston Sr., and by one nephew, Reid Livingston. Eddie is survived by his parents Red and Betty Jo Livingston; sister Laurie Tinney and husband Cecil; nephews: Freddie Livingston Jr., Reno Livingston, David Livingston Jr.; nieces: Diane Collings, Julie Reynolds, Sarah Kelcy, Misty King, Lindy Kromer, Katie Tinney, and numerous great nieces and nephews and many aunts, uncles and cousins, and special friends.
