Frances Jones, age 91, died July 20, 2017 at Grace Care Center in Olney, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Restland Cemetery in Olney, Texas with Scotte Clark, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Frances was born on April 29, 1926 in Poolville, Texas to the late Burley and Ruby (Hobbs) Phillips. She was a longtime resident of Olney where she was a member of Southside Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and a past member of the Officers Wives Club. She loved to read, work puzzles, and visit with family and friends and drink coffee with them. She loved to dress nice and loved her "bling". Frances was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Raymond R. Phillips; and three grandchildren: Annette Phillips, Justin Oustad and J.T. Phillips.

Frances is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Garland L. and Gena Phillips of Olney; one daughter, Felicia Oustad of Olney; daughter-in-law, Linda Phillips of Olney; sixteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
