Frances Logan, age 86, passed away on Friday, May 18, 2012 in Olney, Texas. Funeral services will be at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at the Chapel of Lunn Funeral Home with Kelly Russell of First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Loving Cemetery at Loving, Texas. Arrangements are under the ion of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Frances was born on April 8, 1926 to the late Claude Homer and Lavena Huffman Prater in Floydada, Texas. She and J.D. Logan were married on June 12, 1943 in Graham, Texas. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, her husband on May 12, 2000 a grandson, John Dallas Logan in 1987 two sisters: Ruth Senkel and Callie Kelly and a brother, Ted Prater.

She is survived by a son, Neal Logan and wife Kay Lynn of Cleburne, Texas a daughter Paula Bernhardt and husband Allen of Olney, Texas a brother Paul Prater and wife Wilma of Breckenridge, Texas three sisters: Maxine Holland of Olney, Texas, Nadine Holland and husband Bill of Burkburnett, Texas, and Jackie Maples of Graham, Texas four grandchildren: Stacy Wade, Len Bernhardt, Trent Logan, and Preston Logan also five great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the charity of ones choice.

Visitation will be Monday, May 21, 2012 from 67 pm at the funeral home.
