Frank McAnally, Jr., age 95, died Thursday, October 20, 2016 in Weatherford, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Monday, October 24, 2016 at the Megargel Cemetery in Megargel, Texas with Chad Edgington, pastor of First Baptist Church in Olney, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Frank was born on June 27, 1921 in Megargel, Texas to the late Frank Sr. and Effie (Holley) McAnally. He served his country proudly in the Army Air Force during World War II. He was a farmer and rancher and a member of the First Christian Church. He married Nataline Ruth Bloodworth on April 5, 1942 in Olney, Texas. She preceded him in death on January 16, 2002. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Joy McAnally on June 1, 1974, and two brothers and one sister.

Frank is survived by three sons: Richard McAnally and wife Barbara of Poolville, Texas, Gary McAnally and wife Felicia of Olney, Texas, and Robert McAnally of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
