George W. Quisenberry, Jr., age 84, died June 9, 2015 at Grace Care Center in Olney, Texas. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 14, 2015, at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Rev. David Carpenter, pastor, officiating.

George was born on August 14, 1930 in Olney, Texas to the late George Wiley Quisenberry, Sr. and Lydia Mae (Estes) Quisenberry. He graduated from Newcastle High School and moved to Olney in 1970. He worked for many years at Horany's Department Store in Olney. George was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

George was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters: Martha Hennig and Allene Creason. Survivors include two nieces: Sandra Robertson and husband Rusty of Breckenridge and Cynthia Croker of Wichita Falls; two cousins: Bill Watson of Olney and George Watson of Florida, and all of their families.
