Joe Moore, age 70, died Saturday, October 31, 2020 at his home in Chico, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, at Westover Cemetery in Westover, Texas, with Andy Graham, pastor of Southside Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Joe was born on April 17, 1950 in Decatur, Texas to the late Robert E. and Maxine (Hall) Moore. He moved to Chico in 2015 from Newcastle. He was a truck driver and loved to farm. Joe liked working on cars, trucks and tractors and enjoyed fishing. He had his own way of doing things and it was always the right way. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Joseph Dwayne Moore.

Joe is survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert and Freda Moore of Graham and Randy and Ashley Moore of Bryson; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Kathy and Billy Richey of Chico, Becky Jackson of Olney and Donna Voyles and Steve of Chico; mother of his child, Barbara Moore of Azle; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Honorary pallbearers will be Monty Forbus, Levi Forbus, Danny Moore, Donnie Moore, Randall Moore, Jimmy Kimbro, Randall Kimbro and Wesley Moody.

Memorials may be made to one's favorite charity.
