Judy Huffman Ballowe, age 70, died Thursday, June 11, 2015, in Olney, Texas. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2015 in the chapel of Lunn Funeral Home in Olney, Texas with Scotte Clark, of Olney, officiating. A private family inurnment will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Judy was born on March 28, 1945 in Phoenix, Arizona to the late J. B. and Minnie Myrtle (Selby) Huffman. She married Harry N. Ballowe, Jr. on March 7, 1961 in Archer City, Texas. Judy had worked as a healthcare aid and was a homemaker, and she was a member of the Assembly of God. She moved to Olney in 1986 from Washington, D.C.

Judy is survived by her husband, Harry N. Ballowe, Jr. of Olney; daughter, Dorraine Slaughter of Horsham, Pennsylvania; granddaughter, Ida Rose Slaughter of Horsham, Pennsylvania; and brother, David Huffman of Olney.
