Judy Wilson

Judy Wilson, age 72, passed away on December 16, 2025, at Hospice of Wichita Falls. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Faith Baptist Church in Iowa Park, Texas, with Pastor Tim Franks officiating. A private inurnment will take place at Highland Cemetery in Iowa Park, Texas. Cremation arrangements are under the Direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney, Texas.

Judy was born on November 25, 1953, to the late Thomas and Wanda (Bradberry) Cowart in Fort Hood, Texas. She became certified in cosmetology in 1974 and later served as the deli and bakery manager for Winn-Dixie and Brookshires, where she retired. Judy enjoyed crafting, working in her yard, reading, and painting. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Iowa Park and participated in the Sonshine Girls Sunday School Class. She was a loving mother and enjoyed raising her only daughter, Christy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Wanda (Bradberry) Cowart, and her dog, April.

Judy is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Christy Robertson and husband Jacob of Iowa Park, Texas; her brother and sister-in-law, Ronnie Cowart and wife Barbara, of Olney, Texas; and her nephew, Josh Cowart of Olney, Texas.
