Katherine Clem, age 83, died Friday, March 23, 2012 in Olney, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at the First Assembly of God Church in Haskell, Texas, with Stephen Winner of Olney, J.C. Amburn of Haskell, and Jim Jessup of Lakeland, Florida officiating. Burial will follow in Willow Cemetery in Haskell, Texas. Arrangements are under the ion of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Katherine was born on July 8, 1928 in Haskell, Texas to the late Benjamin and Nancy Mae Essary White. She and Caswell Clem were married January 21, 1950 in Stamford, Texas. He preceded her in death in 1999. Katherine moved to Olney in 2009 from Haskell. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Assembly of God. She is also preceded in death by four brothers, Thelon Jones, Frank White, Alvin White, and Harvey White and two sisters, Lorene Burke, and Flossie Garvin.

Katherine is survived by her son Fred Clem and wife Brenda of Snyder, Texas two daughters, Sharon Jessup and husband Jim of Lakeland, Florida, and Donna Winners and husband Stephen of Olney, Texas two sisters, Minnie Walker of Stamford, Texas, and Mary Kierpka of Charleston, Tennessee and by nine grandchildren, and ten greatgrandchildren.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the First Assembly of God in Haskell, Texas on Wednesday, March 28, 2012.
