Kris Prichard, age 65, passed away Friday, April 26, 2024, at her home in Olney, Texas. No services are planned at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.
Kris was born on January 30, 1959, in Los Angeles, California to the late Eric Gustuf Engstrom and Shirley Alberta (Hedstrom Engstrom) Pierce. Kris married Kathleen Prichard on March 22, 2017, in Fresno, California, and moved to Olney in 2021. She loved to cook and bake for her family and friends. Kris was dedicated to her family and friends and had the biggest heart and the patience of a saint. Kris enjoyed playing the guitar and singing, and getting out and going camping and fishing. She was fond of playing board games, one of her favorites being poker.
Kris was preceded in death by her parents: Eric Gustuf Engstrom and Shirley Alberta (Hedstrom Engstrom) Pierce; and one brother, Kenneth Engstrom.
Survivors include her wife, Kathleen Prichard of Olney, Texas, one brother, Ric Engstrom, two sisters-in-law, Meghan Hooper of Fresno, California, and Kelly Galvin of Lancaster, California, two brothers-in-law; Patrick Prichard of Madera, California, and Jeff Hooper of Fresno, California, five nieces and two nephews.
