Larry Cecil Howe, age 61 of Olney, Texas passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2022. No services are planned at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Larry was born on January 9, 1961, in San Antonio, Texas to Lonnie B. Howe and Joyce Marie (Dowd) Howe. He served in the United States Navy and the United Sates Army for a total of 8 ½ years. While in the Navy, he was a member of the search and rescue swimmers unit and received the Humanitarian Service Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Navy Battle "E" Ribbon and Navy Expeditionary Medal. He was a communications electronics radio repairman in the Army and received the Army Service Ribbon. He moved to Olney in 2007 from Pensacola, Florida. He truly enjoyed working with electronics and computers. Larry was preceded in death by his mother.

Survivors include his father, Lonnie B. Howe of Olney, Texas; two daughters: Anne Howe of Manchester, Tennessee and Ashley Howe of Naples, Florida; two sons: Larry Howe, II of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Thomas Howe of Decherd, Tennessee; and eight grandchildren.
