Leroy Phillip Mullins, age 40, passed away Monday, January 30, 2023, at his home in Olney. A graveside memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Restland Cemetery in Olney, with Scotte Clark, minister of Hamilton Street Church of Christ officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Leroy was born April 15, 1982, in Olney, Texas to Johnny Calvin Mullins and Donna (Ickert) Mullins. He was a member of Hamilton Street Church of Christ. He had a gentle and kind heart.

Leroy is survived by his mother, Donna Mullins of Olney; his sister, Kellie Mullins Lapp of Aloha, Oregon; two brothers: Adrian Mullins of Olney and John Christopher Mullins of Monroe, Louisiana. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
