Lillian Jewel Weatherford, age 78, died Monday, July 3, 2017 at Grace Care Center in Olney. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Lillian was born on March 6, 1939 in Dundee, Texas to the late Wilbur Buck Brown and Mary Loraine (Kirksey) Brown. She was a retired hairdresser and a member of Southside Baptist Church in Olney. She married John Hollas Weatherford, Sr. on July 24, 1955 in Graham, Texas. He preceded her in death in 2006. She was also preceded in death by two brothers; C.B. Brown and Pete Brown; and one sister, June Segars.

She is survived by her two sons: John Hollas Weatherford, Jr. of Bryson, Texas and Andy Weatherford of Cyrill, Oklahoma; three daughters: Mary Hazel Herard of Graham, Texas, Rebecca McCauley of Olney, Texas, and Donna McCandless of Hammond, Louisiana; one brother, Sam Brown of Weatherford, Texas; two sisters: Martha Carnley of Olney, Texas and Barbara Arispe of Graham, Texas; eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
