Linda Garza, age 71, of Olney, Texas, died Thursday, July 25, 2013 in Wichita Falls, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 30, 2013, at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Olney with Rev. Msgr. Raymund Mullan officiating. Interment will follow in Restland Cemetery under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney, Texas.

Linda was born on January 5, 1942 in Alice, Texas to the late Melecio and Clemecia (Salinas) Garza. She moved to Olney, Texas from Alice, Texas in 1957, and was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church in Olney, Texas. Linda was a seamstress with Haggar Manufacturing and was self employed.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers: Ray Garza, Sr., Jesse Garza and Pablo Garza; three nieces: Diane Garza, Delia Garza Brewer and Isabel Garza Elliott; one nephew, Ray Garza, Jr.; and one great-great niece, Alexis Reyes.

Linda is survived by her brother, Joe Garza and wife Florence of Grand Rapids, Michigan; her sister, Janie Perez and husband Tomas of Olney, Texas; five nieces and nephews: Dalia Willingham and husband Joe Pat, Lydia Greenway, Irma Garza, Randy Garza Sr. and wife Melissa all of Olney, Texas and Tomas Perez, Jr. of Wichita Falls, Texas; six great nieces; six great nephews; two great-great nieces; two great-great nephews; and her dog, Billy.

Rosary will be at 6:00 p.m. Monday, July 29, 2013 at the chapel of Lunn Funeral Home.
