Lottie Ann Biggers, age 68, died September 3, 2015 in Brownwood, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2015, at True Cemetery in Young County. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Lottie was born on September 28, 1946 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to the late Richard B. Baker and Lottie Belle (Garner) Baker. She married Lee Ray Biggers on March 12, 1986 in Archer City, Texas. He preceded her in death on January 4, 2003 and she later moved to Brownwood. She was a Baptist. Lottie was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one great-grandchild, Libby Rae Busby.

Survivors include her two sons: John Busby and wife Tina of Iowa Park and Frank Busby of Abilene; two sisters: Alma Clark of Wichita Falls and Francis Betts and husband Glenn of Brownwood; two grandchildren: Wade Busby and wife Kelli and Zane Busby; and one great-grandchild, Noah Busby.
