~ Margie Turner, age 80, died Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at Grace Care Center in Olney, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 19, 2013, in the Chapel of Lunn Funeral Home with Scotte Clark, of Olney, officiating. Interment will follow in Restland Cemetery in Olney. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Margie was born April 6, 1933 in Newcastle, Texas to the late Thomas and Maybell (Hardin) Christal. She married Clyde Turner on February 11, 1956 in Wichita Falls, Texas, and moved to Olney in 1957 where they made their home for over fifty-six years. Margie was a seamstress and was a member of Southside Baptist Church and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons: Gary Turner and Clyde Turner, Jr.; and one brother, Jerry Christal.

Margie is survived by her husband, Clyde Turner of Olney, Texas; two sons: Randy Turner and wife Jan, and Rick Turner and wife Kim all of Olney, Texas; five grandchildren: Tye Turner and wife Sara of Wichita Falls, Texas, Blake Turner and wife Lisa of Claude, Texas, Kevin Turner of Dallas, Texas, Malia Turner of Olney, Texas, and Kyle Turner of Euless, Texas; and one sister, Nita Eustace and husband Jack of Bridgeport, Texas.
