Mary Goodwin, age 92, died Saturday March 24, 2012 in Azle, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, 2012, in the Chapel of Lunn Funeral Home with Scotte Clark of Olney, officiating. Interment will follow in the Restland Cemetery. Arrangements are under the ion of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Mary was born March 22, 1920 to the late William Franklin and Bertha Mae Brooks Brazelton, Sr. She and Stephen William Goodwin were married on March 4, 1945 in Olney, Texas. Mary was a homemaker, and a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents a son, Tim Goodwin in 2006 two sisters: Lillian Partain in 2010 and Billie Jean Brooks two grandchildren: Christopher Goodwin and Craig Mullins.

Survivors include her husband Stephen W. Goodwin of Azle, Texas a daughter, Mary Charlene Carter and husband Thomas of Springtown, Texas a brother, William F. Brazelton, Jr. and wife Pat of Fort Worth, Texas a sister, Maxine Smith of Lake Worth, Texas four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 from 1012 at the funeral home.
