Mary Green, age 81, died December 9, 2013 at Parkview Nursing Home and Rehabilitation in Big Spring, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 11, 2013, at the Hamilton Street Church of Christ in Olney, Texas with Scotte Clark, minister, officiating. Interment will follow in Restland Cemetery in Olney. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Mary was born on July 26, 1932 in Olney, Texas to the late Noel Lavender and Juanita Mary (Presnall) King. She married Billy Morgan Green on March 31, 1952 in Wichita Falls, Texas, and they celebrated sixty-one years of marriage this year. She had been a bank teller for Snyder Savings and Loan and retired after more than twenty years of faithful employment. She moved to Big Spring, Texas in 2011 from Snyder, Texas. Mary was a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Noel Lavender King, Jr. and one nephew, Johnny King.

Mary is survived by her husband, Billy Morgan Green of Big Spring, Texas; two sons: Terry Lynn Green and wife Makala of Denton, Texas and Steve Green and wife Trissa of Big Spring, Texas; two daughters: Tina Lee Cromeens and husband Jay of Big Spring, Texas and Holly Brumley and husband Ricky of Sweetwater, Texas; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
