Mary Stroble, age 78, of Baytown, Texas, died Wednesday, July 11, 2018. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 14, 2018 in the Chapel of Lunn Funeral Home in Olney, Texas, with L. Kent Wright, officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery in Seymour, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Mary was born on January 10, 1940 in Weinert, Texas to the late Archie James Jenkins and Mary Eron (Smith) Jenkins. She married Joe Wayne Stroble on December 18, 1954 in New Mexico. He preceded her in death on January 8, 2007. Mary bad been a business owner for many years and was also a truck driver. She loved to sew and play board games, especially "42". She truly loved to be outdoors with her children and grandchildren. Mary was a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son, and one brother and seven sisters.

She is survived by her daughter, Pam Cervantes of Baytown, Texas; her brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Carol Jenkins of Washington State; and eight grandchildren.
