Peggy Janca Parker, age 88, passed away on Friday, August 24, 2018, at Grace Care Center in Olney. Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 27, 2018, at Restland Cemetery in Olney, with Jeffrey Janca, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home in Olney.

Peggy was born on May 23, 1930 in Duncan, Oklahoma to the late Frank H. Janca and Myrtle Lee (Wesley) Janca. She graduated from Olney High School in 1947. Peggy had been the secretary for the Perryton Chamber of Commerce and had served as the District Clerk for Ochiltree County for many years. She moved back to Olney in 1973 from Perryton, Texas, and was a member of First Baptist Church in Olney since 1978. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers: Bill Janca, Freddie Janca and James Janca; and one sister, Paula Parker.

Peggy is survived by one son, Danny Parker of Weatherford, Texas; one brother, Bob Janca of Houston, Texas; three grandchildren: Kaleb Parker of Colorado City, Texas, Adam Parker of Midland, Texas and Kaden Parker of Colorado Springs, Colorado; four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
