Peggy Pritchett Wilmeth, age 88, died Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Grace Care Center in Olney, Texas. Inurnment services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 20, 2017 at the Dallas-Ft. Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy., Dallas, Texas 75211. Nelson Coffman, pastor of Harvest Hill in Midlothian, Texas will be officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Peggy was born on November 8, 1928, in Dallas, Texas to the late Roscoe Laverne Turner and Grace Virginia (Owen) Turner. She moved to Olney in May 2014 from Tyler, Texas to be near her daughter. She was a homemaker and enjoyed all kinds of crafts, but put a lot of attention on her stained glass. She loved her dogs and cats. She was very active in the Purple Heart Chapter of Tyler. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, Billy Gene Pritchett and L. B. Wilmeth; a sister, Virginia Kuchenbacker; a step-brother, Bill Hunter; and a step-sister, Pat Richey.

Peggy is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Theresa and Jeff McClatchy of Olney, Texas; her son and daughter-in-law, Wesley and Winnie Pritchett of Key Biscayne, Florida; one step-son, Len Wilmeth of Columbus, Georgia; seven grandchildren: Mace and Celeste McClatchy of Dallas, Texas, Cole and Blair McClatchy of Euless, Texas, Jeremy and Darcie Pritchett of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Wesley Pritchett of Key Biscayne, Florida, Nicole Pritchett of Miami, Florida, Winnie Pritchett of Key Biscayne, Florida, Romnee and Joan Pritchett of California; and two great-grandchildren, Stella McClatchy and Evelyn McClatchy both of Dallas, Texas.
