Ramona Lee (Neal) Warden

Ramona Lee (Neal) Warden, age 82, passed away on March 30, 2026, at her home in Megargel, Texas. Memorial services will be announced at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Ramona was born on October 2, 1943, in Ada, Oklahoma, to the late Lester and Thelma (Payne) Neal. She moved to Megargel from Burkburnett, Texas, in 1977. Ramona was the housekeeper for Cumberland Presbyterian Church for many years. She worked hard all of her life and could do anything she set her mind to. Ramona enjoyed working in her garden and claimed it was her “Happy Place”. She also loved to sew, cook, and be outside. Her family always came first. Ramona’s favorite bible verse was Psalm 23.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester Lee Neal and Thelma Lorene (Payne) Neal, and two daughters, Darla Parsley and Lori Lee Harrison.

Ramona is survived by two daughters, Sherri Lynn Bardwell and Star Neal Harrison of Olney, Texas, grandchildren Erik Lee Harrison of Megargel, Rhiannon Clopton of Houston, Austin Harrison of Wichita Falls, Darla Harrison of Wichita Falls, Abbey Harrison of Wichita Falls, and Tillee Bardwell of Megargel, her great-grandchildren: John Harrison, Nicholas Hendrix Clopton, Mateo Harrison, Gabriella Harrison, Freya Clopton, Shawn Wolfe, and Levi Wolfe.
