Roland Anthony Woody, age 80, died Monday, February 3, 2014 in Olney, Texas. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.
Roland was born August 15, 1933, in Artesia, New Mexico to the late William and Artie Lottie (Russell) Woody. He was self-employed and was known as a "jack of all trades". He married Ida Mae Pilgreen on February 8, 1981 in Abilene, Texas. She preceded him in death on December 17, 2010. He was a Baptist and had lived in Olney since 1989.
Roland is survived by his brother, Sam Woody and wife Alice of Cisco, Texas.
