Ronnie George Stewart, age 78, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2019. No family visitation is planned. Graveside services will be held at 10 am Tuesday, October 1, 2019 in Megargel Cemetery with Dan Hooper officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Ronnie was born on March 8, 1941 in Olney, Texas to George R. and Carrie Opal (Brown) Stewart.

Ronnie served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was very proud of his military experiences and travels. He loved to work on automobiles and build dune buggies. He also enjoyed photography and spending time with his children and family.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents and one sister; Ruthel Goetze.

Survivors include; One daughter and son-in-law, Ronessa and Eugene Livingston of Possum Kingdom Lake, Texas; One son and daughter-in-law, Rolynn and Michelle Stewart of Newcastle, Texas; Six grandchildren, Ashli Reed, Hannah Livingston, Daelynn Stewart, Kyle Stewart, Kristin Taylor, and Trent Taylor; One Great Grandchild, Halli Jo Reed; One brother, J.R. Stewart and his wife Edyth of Emory, Texas. He is also survived by the mother of his children, Retha Stewart of Megargel, Texas along with numerous nieces and nephews.
