Runez Bagley, age 89, died Sunday, October 24, 2021, at Grace Care Center in Olney, Texas. Memorial services and inurnment will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Runez was born on January 24, 1932 in Haskell, Texas to the late Sam and Clara (Drennan) Jeter. She and John Bagley, Jr. were married on October 9, 1959, in Olney, Texas. He preceded her in death on May 8, 2013. She moved to Fort Belknap, Texas in 1967 from Dallas, Texas and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Olney. Runez was a self employed business owner and caregiver until her retirement. She was a strong, caring and loving wife and mother. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a daughter, Rhue Jean Manes; a brother, Douglas Jeter; and a grandson, Jerimiah Bagley.

Runez is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Jennifer Bagley of Newcastle, Texas; two daughters and one son-in-law, Kendra Bagley of Olney, Texas and Michele and Clay Burgeson of Bay City, Texas; eight grandchildren, Derek Bagley and wife Lauren of Henrietta, Texas, Zach Bagley and wife Katie of Newcastle, Texas, Kourtney Whitfield of Newcastle, Texas, Kiley Mays of Mountain Home, Idaho, Melissa Miller and husband Trey of Keller, Texas, Rachel Finch and husband Matt of Saginaw, Texas, and Johnna Kizer and husband Shawn of Houston, Texas and Kendra English of Olney; eleven great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Maxine Dillard of Iowa Park, Texas and Allene Jaynes of Clearwater, Florida.
