Shawn David Garza, age 36, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021, in Wichita Falls, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 27, 2021, in the Chapel of Lunn Funeral Home with Andy Graham, pastor of Southside Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Restland Cemetery under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney, Texas.

Shawn was born on December 28, 1984 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Daven Shawn Lough and Barbara Garza. He moved to Megargel in 2018 from Olney. Shawn worked for Roy's Recycling in Olney. He was preceded in death by his father on June 27, 1993 and his mother on April 25, 2017.

Survivors include his maternal grandmother, Isabel Acuna of Olney; his paternal grandparents, David and Peggy Lough of Olney; one sister, Ashley Garza of Olney; his fiancée, Kayla Posey of Megargel; one daughter, Kadence Garza of Olney; and one son, Daven Garza of Olney; and numerous special friends.
