Teodora E. "Toodie" Watson, age 76, of Lemon Grove, California, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2024, in La Mesa, California. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 29, 2024, at Elbert Cemetery in Elbert, Texas, with Rev. David Carpenter, pastor of Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Olney, Texas, officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Teodora was born on May 16, 1947, in Masinloc, Zambales, Philippines to the late Rodrigo and Faustina San Pedro (Edgarlina) Elemento. She married Bill Watson on February 9, 1967, in Olongapo, Republic of the Philippines. She was a supervisor in electronic assembly until her retirement. "Toodie" was feisty by nature, but in a quiet manner, and she loved to laugh. She loved going to the casino and loved to collect bears. She was very frugal and enjoyed using coupons to get the best deal possible. "Toodie" enjoyed cooking for her grandchildren and taking care of them.

Teodora was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

Teodora is survived by her husband, Bill Watson of Lemon Grove, California; her children: Marilyn M. Watson of Portland, Oregon, Gladys M. Williamson of San Diego, California and William Anthony Watson of Collingswood, New Jersey; five grandchildren: Alex Padilla, Cody Watson, Julia Williamson, Ryan Williamson and Toni Watson all of San Diego, California; one sister, Elvie Elamparo or Hemet, California; two brothers: Junior Elemento and Nonoy Elemento, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
