Thomas Reid Hilton, 66, of Olney, Texas, died on Monday, June 1, 2015. Celebration of Life services will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 3, 2015, at Lunn Funeral Home in Olney, Texas with Derrell Marion officiating assisted by Dan Hooper. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Tommy was born in Olney, Texas on June 7, 1948 to Lowell and Eileen Hilton. He graduated from Olney High School and received a B.S. from Tarleton State University. Tommy married Ginger McWhorter of Archer City on December 22, 1967. Tommy and Ginger returned to Olney where he taught Ag at Olney High School for 3 years and then became a full time farmer/rancher. He worked with his son Jeff in the family stocker operation. He loved Jesus, his family and friends passionately. He loved good cattle and horses, and he especially enjoyed rodeos, ropings, and hog shows with his kids and grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his grandson Luke Hilton. He is survived by his wife, Ginger; parents, Lowell and Eileen; daughter, Gretchen Mafi and husband, Jeff of Coyle, OK; son, Jeff Hilton and wife, Jessica of Olney, TX and their children (his granddaughter and grandson) Hannah and Dillon.
