William C. "Willie" Kellar, age 33, died Saturday, April 5, 2014, in Wichita Falls, Texas. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2014 in the chapel of Lunn Funeral Home in Olney, Texas with Scotte Clark, of Olney, officiating, assisted by Dan Hooper. Interment will follow at the Megargel Cemetery in Megargel, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

"Willie" was born on July 24, 1980 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Jackie Carl and Rhonda Michelle (Calvin) Kellar. He was a lifelong resident of Megargel and a member of the Christian Fellowship of Love in Megargel. "Willie" graduated in 1999 from Megargel High School and was a press operator with Team Pride Extrusions, Inc. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Lajuana Gayle Kellar and Tabitha Kellar; his brother, Dale Kellar; his grandfather, Charles Calvin, Sr. and grandparents, Oliver and Ella Mae Kellar.

"Willie" is survived by his Father, Jackie Kellar and wife Linda of Coos Bay, Oregon; his Mother, Rhonda Fowler and husband Carl Davis of Coos Bay, Oregon; Grandparents, Mike and Gayle Hayter of Megargel, Texas; Sisters, Michelle Johnson and husband Jeremy of Megargel, Texas, Tiffani Fowler of Louisiana, Talisha Jones of Coos Bay, Oregon; Brother, Devin Fowler of Louisiana; nieces and nephews, and Special Aunt Kayse.

Family visitation will be on Wednesday, April 9, 2014, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
